Born in 1963, Shizuoka, Japan.

Graduated in 1987 with Bachelor of Economics at Meiji University in Tokyo after studying in US high school in New York. 

Joined a European investment bank to engage in capital markets business with institutional investors in Japan and South East Asia.

Visited Singapore on several business occasions with the bank and found wealth of opportunities offered by the country. 

Moved to Singapore in 1996 to join AEA International, the world-leading medical assistance company to promote corporate sales in 11 countries in Asia Pacific, USA and Europe.  Engaged in business integration projects in USA, Japan and France after the merger of International SOS to become the world largest medical / security risk management company.

Joined HRnet One Pte Ltd in 2000 as Regional Director, one of the leading executive search firms in Asia. Focused on Asia-Pacific region, then relocated to start up the Japan operations to pioneer recruitment of senior management positions with global enterprises. 

Founded Prime Business Consultancy Pte Ltd in 2008, a business consulting firm comprising of professional team of Japanese / Singaporean consultants specialised in strategic planning, business development, marketing and recruitment. 

Enjoys traveling, reading and Scuba diving. Visited over 30 countries in Asia, Oceania, North America, Europe and Middle East.

Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) since 2002. 

Speaks fluent English and basic French.
